The Seminar will be half day long and will consist of two sessions separated by acoffee break followed by a networking lunch.

The BBSPA Kiev Upstream and Investments Seminar ( Kiev, Ukraine 25 October, 2013) will contain presentations from oil companies, national regulatory authorities, consulting and service companies, which willcover issues on upstream developments with focus on investment opportunities inshale gas and deep water exploration. It will summarize the evolution of exploration ideas and business concepts and their actual implementation in the regionalupstream oil and gas industry.

The event will explore opportunities from existingand new legal and regulatory framework point of view, technological achieve-ments, political and business environment background. It will provide an update ofthe upstream market, farm-in and farm-out dynamics and tender procedures in the region and in the global context.

It will feature major developments, risks, hurdles and outline future trends and mark major steps for successful projects implementation by IOC and NOC. The workshop will present the best industry practices, case stories and approaches in exploration activities and technologies implementations.
